Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major medical insurance plans, including PPO/POS policies. Our dedicated billing department will file claims on your behalf to simplify the process and reduce paperwork. Just give us a call with your insurance information, and we’ll verify your benefits for all services offered and work with you to create an affordable, personalized treatment plan that suits your needs.

What should I wear to my session?

For acupuncture, wear comfortable clothes to relax in. For physical therapy, we provide workout attire which will be freshly washed and kept in your own personal bag kept in our offices. so fresh and so clean.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking your first appointment 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and time. From there, we recommend booking your subsequent appointments at your initial visit to ensure continuity in your treatment plan and to lock in the most convenient times for you. Your doctor will let you know the frequency of your sessions.

How long is one session?

The length of your sessions will depend on your treatment. Most sessions fall between 30-60 minutes. We will confirm the length of your appointment when you book. Your doctor will stay with you for the entire length of your session, so get ready for some one-on-one attention.

What are your facilities like?

All three of our locations are beautifully designed with spacious private treatment rooms, a Pilates studio, and a comfortable waiting room (but don’t worry, you won’t be spending much time there). Our massage and acupuncture tables are luxuriously cushioned and heated. All of our linens, massage oils, and essential oils are organic. Zen music plays to help you unwind. Picture a relaxing spa, but with amazing doctors.

What should I bring with me?

Kindly bring your insurance card, driver’s license or other form of ID, your physician’s prescription (if applicable), and any radiographic test results. We also suggest filling out your paperwork in advance in order to save time in the waiting room. We’ll send the forms over to you via email prior to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations will be charged the full-session cost.
