Arina Kotlyarsky, DPT
Arina Kotlyarsky is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-owner of Wall Street Pain Relief and Grand Central Pain Relief. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Long Island University and has extensive clinical experience. Arina is widely recognized as one of the top diagnosticians in her field, known for her exceptional dedication, clinical insight, and long-term patient relationships—many of which span over 20 years.
Her approach to care is holistic, integrating total-body assessment and treatment protocols tailored to each patient’s unique orthopedic and neurologic needs. Her specialties include spinal and sacroiliac dysfunction, cervical and pelvic floor rehabilitation, and injuries of the hip, knee, shoulder, and lower kinetic chain. She also has advanced expertise in treating chronic pain, utilizing techniques such as kinesio taping, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and manual therapy to restore physical equilibrium and promote overall wellness.
Arina holds certification in Pilates and has completed advanced continuing education through the Institute of Physical Art, including IPA BET (Back Education and Training) and IPA FM1 (Functional Mobilization). Her passion for patient care is unmatched—she is known for always being available, deeply committed, and actively involved in every stage of recovery.
